e Payment
If a fine is imposed on the accused institution in an administrative proceeding on the basis of a complainant's complaint, but the complainant is absent from the hearing for reasonable reasons or the accused institution immediately imposes a fine 
If unable to pay the fine and requests maximum 05 (five) working days for payment of the fine, then 25% of the fine collected shall be paid through e-payment (eg Online Banking Bikash, Rocket, Cash etc.) subject to payment of necessary service charges.
